PhD degree on “Food, Health and Drug”, Specialization in Food Science, she is currently Distinguished Adjunct Professor at the King Abdulaziz University (Saudi Arabia) and Professor of International Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at the Polytechnic University of Marche (Italy). She is the author of about 150 papers in international peer-reviewed journals. In 2019 and 2020, she has been named a Thomson Reuters Highly Cited Researcher and listed in the World’s Most Influential Scientific Minds in Agricultural Science category. She has an extensive experience in field of biochemistry and nutrition, in the evaluation of the role of dietary bioactive compounds on human health, and in particular on the biological mechanisms related to oxidative stress and inflammation

Graduated in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, has spent a year at the High Performance Sports Center in Soria. Thanks to the knowledge acquired there and the Master in Research, carried out first publication: “El tenis desde un punto de vista fisiológico” (Tennis from a Physiological Point of View). Currently continues with their studies in High Performance Sports.

Nutritionist with more than 4 years of experience in the sector. Graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the European University of the Atlantic and Master in Nutrition in Physical Activity and Sport at the Catholic University of Murcia. Nutritionist at the Marisma Wellness Center gym, through the Colmun clinic. She has worked at Nut and Fit and Dorsia Clinics. Currently at WM Clinics (Dorsia) and collaborates as a professor at the European University of the Atlantic.

Degree in Psychology from the Pontifical University of Salamanca. Master in clinical intervention, legal and forensic psychology and psychopedagogy. She has been in clinical practice since 2011. She has worked at the Center for Information and Comprehensive Care for victims of gender violence in Cantabria. She has provided training to professionals in psychology and related professions. She has also carried out the delivery of various prevention programs for children and adolescents. She is a member of the board of directors of the Official College of Psychology of Cantabria.
