He has signed more than 100 opinion pieces and he is a common lecturer in Spain, Europe and America.

D. in biochemistry and cellular and molecular biology in the field of health sciences (especially breast cancer). She has started to get involved in the study of nutrition applied to health. She has experience in laboratories in several countries, has trained final year and PhD students and has participated in courses, congresses and conferences. She has worked in several research projects and has published several scientific articles.

She teaches in the Undergraduate in Sport and Exercise Science Health psychologist, authorized specialist in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She coordiantes and teahces in the Master’s Degree in ACT for companies.
