Agricultural Engineer, specialized in Agricultural and Livestock Operations. Specialist in Agricultural Business Management. Has worked in the recovery of viticulture in Cantabria, in the recovery of native vine varieties on the coast of Cantabria and in the innovation project in the transformation of a Kiwi plantation into a vineyard on a trellis.

D. in Engineering and Technology, M.Sc. in Applied Physics and B.Sc. in Engineering and Technology in Mexico. He has more than ten years of teaching and research experience in Materials Engineering. Professor of the Escuela Politécnica Superior at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the ETSII of Gijón - University of Oviedo, a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Cantabria and an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). He has held different operational and management positions within different electricity companies such as Endesa, Enel, E.ON and Viesgo. He is currently HSE Director of EDP Redes in Spain.

Bachelor and Master Degree in Mathematics from the University of Oulu (Finland) and Ph.D. in Mathematics with a specialization in Education from Montana State University (USA). Raquel has extensive experience as teacher and coordinator of mathematics courses for future teachers in the United States and Spain. In addition to teaching, she has collaborated in several research projects related to mathematics education and curriculum design, publishing several papers and providing continuing education to primary and secondary STEM teachers. 

PhD in Projects; Master's Degree in Design, Management and Project Management; and Bachelor's Degree in Urban Environmental Management. Research Professor. Certified as Project Manager by the International Project Management Association (Level C and D) and postgraduate teacher in Project and Business programs.
